  Excellent stay in the heart of Madrid!

  Liked: Absolutely loved our stay! The location was spectacular, right in the heart of Madrid and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our experience. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Liked: It’s a nice neighbourhood

  Disliked: The windows did not open, it smelled intensely like bleach, the curtains were broken and could not be opened. The only window that did open opened into a tight courtyard with a toilet

  The centric place

  Liked: The place is right in the heart of the city and very comfortable.

  Disliked: The only thing I think they should improve is the following: The towels were very worn from heavy use and even stained. The sheets were see-through, and one side had a small tear. They should clean the mattress a bit; there was other people's hair on it when I lifted the sheet covering it.
