  Liked: The area was quiet and close to a metro station

  Disliked: Poor communication. We were asked to ring when we wanted to leave so that someone could be there at check out to take the keys but nobody answered either telephone number we were given. In the end we had to leave the key in the room and leave so that we didn't miss our transport to the airport.

  Do not use this location if the owner cannot be present to provide a key

  Liked: Clean room.

  Disliked: No one was present when I arrived so I could not get a key to enter my room. I had just flown from San Francisco to Madrid so was very tired. Not being able to get my key when I arrived was very frustrating.

  You get what you paid for

  Liked: It was a little far from central madrid but the metro was a short walk away. The accommodation is near a few shops and cafes. Very affordable property.

  Disliked: The shared bathroom, on the booking it stated private bathroom.

  Fair for the money

  Liked: A place to go for sleeping only. Rooms are clean, but quite small. At a walkable distance from the metro, if you know how to go, it is not difficult to get lost if you are unfamiliar with the area.

  Disliked: There's no wifi. Shared bathroom. Okay for a few days
