  Liked: Location is good!

  Disliked: The room was a garage on ground floor. No windows but on the street at groundfloor. The apartment was noisy ans I felt very much in danger att the time. Staff asked to make a extra deposit and then claimed that the private platform was hacked woth my data in possess of hackers. The staff was too pushy I got too many text via WhatsApp which completly ruined the peace of mind that a vacation should give. I would like a compensation.

  I would certainly recommend this place to stay

  Liked: Wow, communication is essential for everything. That’s what I had - communication at all times, with no complications, in English. Great location, in the heart of Madrid, with all you need is around you! Cafeterias, restaurants supermarkets, whatever you want is just around the corner. Room is arranged so conveniently, with comfortable shower room, kitchen, comfy beds.

  Disliked: Window view is facing opposite side building and there are no a curtains on the window, so I had to use a hinged shutters in the evening. Not a big deal.

Good to know

A payment of 10% of the reservation value (nonrefundable) will be required for confirmation in the following cases:

- Reservations in which three or more apartments are booked

- Reservations with a stay of 15 days or more.

If such payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled.

In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.

The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
