  Awful experience

Liked: There was nothing to like because I was unable to stay at the apartment after being informed of its piping defects upon arrival.

Disliked: I arrived at the apartment at about 9:00 pm, it took about 30 minutes trying to retrieve the key and that was when I was informed that the apartment had piping defects. As a result, I was unable to stay there. I had to look a new place to stay at 10pm. Up until this moment, the apartment has not responded to Booking.com’s request to confirm my refund.

  Liked: nothing

Disliked: this place is a scam. they cancelled my booking as I arrived and I had to book a hotel last minute for triple the price. do not trust this, there's a reason it's "cheaper" than everything else.

Liked: Great location close to IE business school.

Disliked: The apartment was not properly clean when we arrived. We informed the host but it took them 6 days to reply and we were leaving the next day.

Misrepresentation - beware no AC so summer months are unbearable, photos did not match, 1 room only

Liked: Nothing - waste of money! Host does not answer calls and is rude and unhelpful

Disliked: September stays needs an air-conditioner in Madrid and this property claimed to have an AC but after checking in we were rudely told that the AC is central and has been switched off by the building management. The room was so stuffy that I had to sleep at night on my friend couch in a nearby location. The one night that I tried to sleep in the room, I had the neighbour downstairs ring my bell at 12:15 in the night complaining about water leakage from the bathroom. I went over to my friend's place at 1am as I did not feel safe in the flat. Also it was building 114 and did not match the photos at all - the sofa was crammed into the bedroom so just one room with all the furniture crammed into it. Terrible experience!!
