  Except for the electronic access issue the stay was good

  Liked: It was centrally located. Easy connectivity to metro station. Supermarkets close by.

  Disliked: The electronic access system which did not function properly. The day we arrived we spent more than an hour trying to get into the property. Support was only available on watsapp. The next day also we faced similar issues. There was another guest who could not get out of the property.

  Good option for people looking for a convenient 1-2 night stay with access to Retiro Park and downtown core via Metro

  Liked: Good location, plenty of restaurants and groceries close by and major metro stop 1/2 block away so easy access to main museum and park corridor. Good hot shower, and washing machine was a plus. Great fridge and freezer. Sofa bed was quite comfortable. With good earplugs street noise is doable, and police manage their use of sirens very well so it is not overwhelming.

  Disliked: Bathroom smelled like sewer - especially upon arrival. Floors were quite dirty and no broom or vacuum was available. The dryer in the combined single unit washer dryer was not useful so we had to hang our laundry. Seems like half of the main light-blocking curtain was missing so anyone sleeping on sofa bed has to be okay with a lot of light coming in from street and businesses below. Need more than 2 person minimum of glasses and mugs, and coffee/tea when 3 people are staying.

  Liked: Unfortunately, there was nothing about our stay that we could genuinely say we liked. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.

  Disliked: We booked the apartment well in advance for four people, but it was not properly prepared for four guests. The sofa bed was not prepared, and one person was not even provided with a proper pillow. They had to sleep on a decorative sofa cushion covered with a towel. We contacted the property on August 26 and were promised that a pillow would be brought the next morning. Nothing arrived. We contacted them again on August 27 and were then simply ignored. By August 28, there was still no pillow, and we eventually checked out without ever receiving one. However, they did not forget to remind us that check-out was by 11:00 AM. The apartment itself was extremely dirty and in very poor condition. There was mould, damaged and chipped walls, dirty furniture and a dirty sofa. There were other people’s hairs in the bathroom, and the water did not drain properly. The towels were extremely thin, almost see-through, rough and synthetic. They barely absorbed any water and were practically useless after a shower. One of the chairs was unstable and moved from side to side when sitting on it. The sofa squeaked so loudly that we woke up from almost every movement. The apartment clearly needs serious renovation, not just cosmetic repairs. The noise at night was another major problem. There was constant noise from the boiler or other equipment, and we could hear people, doors, footsteps and sounds from neighbouring apartments and other floors. The lift was so loud that it repeatedly woke us during the night. We could barely get a proper night’s sleep. The most disappointing part was the attitude of the property. We reported a very basic problem, were promised that it would be fixed, and then our messages were ignored for several days. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, noise, lack of basic sleeping essentials and complete lack of customer service made this an extremely unpleasant stay. I would never recommend this apartment and would definitely never stay here again.
