Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location and beautiful apartment.
Disliked: We only could add the door lock app to one device. Couldn't get it for other members in our group even we asked from the owner. Otherwise it worked just fine.
Great stay!
Liked: The host had thought of every little thing - coffee, including decaf, sheets and pillows for the couches, dishwasher sheets, air purifiers on each level. The apartment was nice and clean and the location great - 2 min away from the Metro and close to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Disliked: We could smell the neighbors smoking through the AC. The air purifiers helped to stone extent.
Great location and modern apartment
Liked: Clean modern and great location. Near Bilbao metro and plenty of decent restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. Apartment is on the fourth floor and there is a lift. Easy to dispose of litter at ground level
Disliked: It seems someone was smoking near the air conditioning intake and it resulted in a strong odour in the apartment on our first day, we had to go without AC to avoid the smell. Not the owners fault and he did do an Ozone clean to dispel this when we had left for the morning. There are dials for this Ozone system on the wall and you just need to be careful not to mistake it as a dimmer switch for the lights as this can be unpleasant if left running when you are present.
Liked: Flat is modern and looks just like the pictures
Disliked: The layout is not ideal to spread out due to steep stairs to access the bedroom and bathroom, so I didn’t use all the space as much and kept luggage downstairs in the living room.
Liked: The location is perfect, in the lively neighborhood Malasaña, right next to Bilbao metro station which has great connections. The building is incredibly safe and the access is limited only to those who stay there. The apartment has everything you need for a short or even longer stay - washing machine, machine for dishes, iron and board, plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking. There is plenty of space, enough for 5-6 people. The host is available at all times. I would recommend this stay for everyone who is looking for accommodation is the Madrid city center!
Disliked: Everything was great
Liked: Good location in the Maladana district. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. The apartments living space was comfortable and the beer and pillows comfortable.
Disliked: Spiral staircases is treacherous but necessary to get to the bedroom and bathroom. There is a powder room and toilet on the main living floor but it makes airplane bathrooms look spacious!
