Exceptional
Would 100% recommend and stay again if you want a quiet beach stay
Liked: This place is incredible! The fact that it’s right on the beach and in a small local part of the coast is wonderful if you live calm vibes. The public transit is easy to navigate and the bus stops are super close to the property so we were able to get back and forth from Nerja, Malaga, etc, very easily. The place was clean and well stocked and the hosts were responsive and very friendly. The restaurants near by were much better/reasonably priced than closer to Malaga. Bed was a bit hard but we managed. Great coffee machine and spectacular patio and roof top terrace!
It was ok but not fabulous
Liked: It’s was clean, pretty well equipped, roof terrace nice & sunbeds comfy but is in shade from mid afternoon. Need box for cushions in wet weather. Great water pressure in the shower
Disliked: Met by non English speaking person. She was lovely but we didn’t understand a word & she couldn’t answer our questions. Directions from bus stop need updating. Stop before is much more accessible. Bathroom floods every time you use the shower. House is exceptionally small & sofa bed uncomfortable for just sitting. Better list of where supermarkets, restaurants recommendations & details on noisy early am bin collections needed. Blind on bedroom useless as you can still see through it & one needed on front door for people sleeping in there. In very Spanish only speaking area so very difficult at times to communicate for restaurants.

Disliked: A little dirty sticky floor in the toilet, there is no soap and shampoo, no parking place
Beachfront house in fantastic location
Liked: This house had everything I need to enjoy 3 weeks on the beach. The bed is comfortable, you’re right at the water, and the neighborhood is still very local, with restaurants, markets, bakeries and other local shops. There are three buses that go directly into the city center from a stop that’s a five minute walk from the house. The owner is also very kind, they helped me get food delivered when I was sick. I definitely recommend!
Disliked: If you’re very tall, the door to the bathroom is short, so you’ll have to be careful going in and out of it.
The weather was unusually cold and wet so we were glad to have the view of the sea and keep warm!
Liked: Nice views from living room.
Disliked: Needs a bit of love. Pictures falling out of frames. Dirty kitchen pans. It’s the small things that make a difference especially at the price charges.
