  Liked: Great location for us, close to our school. Bus stop right in front making it easy to go to El Centro. Easy walk to supermarket and beach.

  Disliked: Very difficult to get laundry dry. Other than that, all good!

  Liked: The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, bright, and well-equipped. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, but the bed is rather small for two adults (I believe it’s about 130 cm wide). I really appreciated that the apartment is not located directly in the tourist area, so we could enjoy some less crowded beaches and local restaurants where mostly locals eat. At the same time, it’s very well connected to public transport, and you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes.

  Disliked: What I didn’t like was that the apartment owners contacted me on WhatsApp and asked me to pay €0.40 because of a supposed Booking system error. They sent me their own form where I was supposed to enter my card details to pay this amount. I found this suspicious and uncomfortable. After I complained several times both to Booking and to them directly on WhatsApp, they eventually said it was no longer necessary.

  If you're looking for a place to stay close to Malaga

  Liked: Nice shades - you can sleep in the morning as long as you'd like. It's also relatively quiet, even though it's located on a central road. It's pretty close to a supermarket, in case you need water or snacks to purchase.

  Disliked: Smelly towels. I asked the manager if they could be replaced, and they responded that the towels are professionally cleaned. But I don't want to smell after taking a shower:-) Street parking is hard - you can pay 20 Euros a day for a dedicated 24-hour parking spot. The beach is not great... for a nice beach, I recommend going to Nerja. Overall, quite average for the price they charge. Also, beware that they may ask you for a deposit - for me that happened via WhatApp, and I told them politely to route the request via Booking.com, as asking for money via WhatApp reminds me of many money-related scams I've encountered. Overall, I would not stay here again.
