Exceptional
I would book again to stay as I felt safe being a solo traveller
Liked: Nice ground floor spacious apartment in a nice location near to the beach.
Disliked: No WiFi
Liked: Overall, it could be a nicely furnished, stylish apartment. With minimal financial investment and more thorough cleaning, it could even become a great place.
Disliked: They clearly invested in making it look nice for business at some point, but since then it hasn’t been maintained at all—there’s no conscientious owner taking care of it. When we entered, the floors and the bathroom were full of hair and dirt. There were greasy handprints on the sides of the furniture, dirty curtains, disgustingly filthy plates, stained textiles, dirty walls, and even the smell of the decorative pillows and blankets made it obvious they hadn’t been washed in a long time. It didn’t feel clean upon arrival, so we immediately started cleaning everything ourselves. The equipment is very incomplete. Even the most basic kitchen items are missing: no kettle, no mugs, no scissors, no salt, no kitchen towel, no bread knife, no grater—just a single tiny cutting board. In practice, we didn’t dare cook anything beyond scrambled eggs. And the strangest part: there’s no drying rack or drainer by the sink, so if you wash the dishes, there’s nowhere to put them. We booked for three people with a 1-year-old child, but nothing was prepared for the baby—no crib, no towel, no bedding. After we asked, they brought one extra towel and bedding for the sofa (which is very squeaky and uncomfortable for sleeping), so we could make a bed there for the child, since they don’t have a crib—despite the fact that they allow bookings with children. Nowadays, accommodations like this usually provide shower gel and shampoo, but here they even cut corners on hand soap. There wasn’t even a bathroom trash bin. In the bedroom, there are no bedside lamps and no proper bedspreads. There was no Wi-Fi either. According to the owner, it would be installed “next week,” but the place has been operating for a while, so I suspect they tell this to every guest. The photos are appealing, and the design concept could actually be nice, but they cut exactly those things that would make the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, and we were counting the days until checkout.

Disliked: Cleanlines could improve on bed covering, and cauch sheets. Washing machine would benefit for longer stays.

Large and comfortable apartments in a convenient location
Liked: There are many good things to say about these apartments: they are very spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished. Very convenient location - only 2-3 minutes from the beach. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. Convenient room layout. Extremely clean. There is a bakery nearby. Also close to public transport, pharmacies, and grocery stores.
Disliked: I was a little confused by one photo showing a beach – it has nothing to do with these apartments. I was very surprised, but there were no wine glasses in the apartments. There were also no cups for tea (only small coffee cups). There was no kettle either. There was a capsule coffee machine, but there were only two capsules left, which were not suitable for this machine. There was also no soap in the kitchen. The TV did not work properly either, as there was no internet (only audio stations worked) – it was not even possible to watch Netflix.
