  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is perfectly located right by the beach, with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. It was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. What impressed us most was the amazing host, who went above and beyond to help us recover a backpack we accidentally left in a taxi. We truly appreciated the kindness and support. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again!

  Scammers who do not let you into the apartment

  Liked: This was such a frustrating experience. I had messaged the property on the Booking app the night before check in about keeping our bags there because the check in time was later than other hotels, it was 4. They had responded on the booking app that it would be no problem. We had sent messages back and forth on the booking app. So we arrive in Malaga around 3, and I still haven't gotten ANY check in instructions on the booking app aw to how to get into the apartment. They has sent a message a few days before saying that they would be reaching out on Booking App or Whatapp on the day of with instructions to get into the property. Nothing. So I reached out to them on the booking app asking for how to get into the property, since we were sitting in a strip of grass in front of the general area. Nothing. I called the number multiple times, listed in their contact me section, nothing. So I reached out to Booking customer support for help. They tried contacting the property, no luck. They sent the property an email with a 45 minute time limit for responding. 45 minutes comes and goes and it is past 4:30, still nothing. My family is still sitting now on a bench trying to figure out what to do, with all our luggage. Very stressful and awful. I am holding it together but want to cry. Booking customer services canceled the reservation for me and sent me info on how to book another option, and gave me an extra credit because I had booked this apartment months ahead of time, and now will have to book something last minute. We booked a hotel a few blocks away, that did not have the amenities I had been planning on, but at least we weren't on the street. Within 3 minutes o the cancelation email being sent to both me and the property, before I even get off the phone with booking the property is calling me and texting me. Too little too late. They wanted me to pay a different way or book again It was insane and felt VERY scammy.

  Disliked: I didn't like that they were scammers. That they reached out after me trying to contact them for hours on booking, and the phone. That they claimed they were looking for me on whatsapp, but they had been in contact with me n the booking app and never told me I had to have whatsapp. That they were such awful scammers and it was very stressful trying to find another accommodation last minute with my whole family on the street in front of this place. They are either scammers or just horrible at customer service. Either way it was such a hassle and so stressful.
