Very good
Liked: Super kind staff, always smiling and did not mind me practicing spanish with them 😀 Early check out was no issue, we were told to just leave room cards inside. Room spacious with equipped kitchen, from the top building, balcony view was incredible(on the one day fog disappeared) Beds are great, even blackout curtains. Out of all available services we only used garage parking (10eur night,free is also possible further) and pool, area is clean and cozy and towels are available on front desk for cash deposit. Overall good value for the price!
Disliked: There is no coffee maker or vending machine, don't get surprised in the morning ☕

Liked: Check in and the beds were ok
Disliked: The pool and area - the pool had tiles missing and black grout (fungus) Some sunbeds were broken No pool bar until our final day; no cafeteria and no restaurant as described The terrace woodwork was flaky as was the woodwork on the pool terrace The terrace furniture (table and chairs) had seen better days Constant drain smell in the apartment We had to replace our room keys about 20 times during the stay as they stopped working Overall the condition of the apartments was poor
Very disappointed - we were expecting a higher standard
Liked: The accommodation was very basic but the laundry room was modern and the spa was also very good. The view was good
Disliked: The whole development was very 'tired' and could do with a complete refurbishment. The pool had tiles missing and black in the grout (a sign of fungus/mould) and the children's pool was the same; the balcony had a table and 4 chairs, but the 'weaving' on the chairs had all come away; the key card entry system kept failing - we had trouble locking and then unlocking our door and the entry gate (I think we had about 20 key cards during our stay). The property is advertised as having a cafeteria, restaurant and pool bar. None of these facilities were open during our stay, however the pool bar did open on our last day!!!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It was diry and in very poor condition and felt more like a prison camp that a holiday apartment block. It have long term rentals of 3 months plus so there not holiday makers.

Water, electricity, air conditioning, heating and wifi are included in the price. The apartments are cleaned before and after the stay. We would like to inform you that we do not clean the apartments during your stay, only at check-in and check-out, nor do we change sheets and towels daily.
Towels and sheets are included in your apartment at the beginning of your stay. It is also included that clean towels will be left at the door of your apartment every 3 or 4 nights (depending on the length of the reservation) for stays of 5 nights or more, and clean sheets will also be left for you every 5 or 6 nights (depending on the duration of the reservation) for stays of 8 nights or more.
Dirty clothes can be deposited at the door of your apartment and will be collected by the staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
