Very comfortable, clean and great service

Liked: The location of the hotel was in a very nice area, convenient for Marbella and Puerto Banús. It was clean and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was perfect.

Disliked: Had a sea view room, was a view just!! Over tall trees and buildings between hotel and coast. This room had road noise - the main coast road.

  Good but no alcohol

Liked: Cleanliness of all areas was exceptional. Spacious rooms.

Disliked: Alcohol is not served at this hotel. Didn't see that when booking so needs to be highlighted better.

I can't comment on amenities, but they should be respectful of honest mistakes!

Disliked: I booked this hotel last Thursday for the following night not realising it was a no alcohol hotel. I realised on Friday morning and contacted the hotel to cancel. They refused my request and charged me the full rate even though I didn't attend. I wonder how often they have done this.
