  Great Resort, don't think twice about booking

  Liked: Our stay at Aloha Hills Club was amazing, we are a family of four, our daughters are 13 and 9. The resort is in a great location around 15 minutes to Puerto Banus Marina, the apartment was very clean and spacious and easily accessed via stairs or a lift. All 4 pools were clean and warm and lots of sun loungers, there wasn’t a day we couldn’t get a sun lounger and some days where the pools further away from the restaurant and main pool had no one where or very little people. The food at the restaurant was very good quality and always fresh, we never had a bad meal, and the pizzas and Chicken Caesar Salad were our favourites and the staff at the restaurant and in concierge were so happy and helpful.

  Disliked: There wasn’t much we didn’t like, only negatives were the showers were occasionally cold and could do with an update and the sun loungers could have been a bit comfier because they had a metal frame, but wouldn’t put us off going back again.

  Liked: The pool bar and food and staff at the bar were amazing.

  Disliked: I needed some help with accessibility and the lady concierge did not treat it seriously- in fact she was rude! The beds were uncomfy and we only had 3 large bath towels between 4 of us!

  Lovely apartments

  Liked: Perfect hotel for a stay with friends. The apartments are spacious and were very clean. The facilities were all great & the pool bar had a great selection of food & cocktails and the staff at the pool bar were wonderful.

  Disliked: You are quite far away from everything and nothing is really a walk away. I would recommended getting the welcome shop as otherwise, getting to a shop is tricky. Otherwise, everything is a taxi ride away. The staff also could have been more helpful. My friends got locked out of their apartment as the key was not working but the staff told them just to keep wiggling it and no one could help as the maintenance man was off. Not really the response you want when you're locked out and cannot get into your apartment!

  Facilities excellent but the accommodation was disappointing

  Liked: The site was lovely with great pools and excellent restaurant and the restaurant staff were lovely.

  Disliked: Our apartment (81) was tired and the furniture was grotty and not particularly clean.

  A confortable stay in a remote peaceful area

  Liked: Remote location in a quiet area. Aloha hill was very clean and accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The penthouse was definitely the best choice. The view was lovey but slightly covered up by part of the building. The beds were super comfortable and the underfloor heating was just amazing on the chilly days we stayed. The onsite restaurant was nice 👍🏻 near the pool with decent food and drinks options. Staff very friendly.

  Disliked: The penthouse had a constant bad smell which was very off putting. The top balcony had a large broken hot tub that took up all the space and looked very ugly and tatty. If it’s not a functional working hot tub then it should just be removed. Made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. WIFI was pretty bad when upstairs

  Very comfortable, spacious apartment

  Liked: Very spacious apartment, comfortable and clean. Lovely bar by a beautiful pool. Also ate one night in the bar which was lovely.

  Disliked: Location is isolated, need a car. A long way to go to leave the rubbish.
