  Dirty property - miserable experience. Avoid

  Liked: By the end, nothing

  Disliked: The property was dirty. Stained pillows, stale and unclean sheets, towels. An ant infestation of the kitchen which we had to deal with. The owner showed no responsibility and refused to acknowledge costs of our time or his failure to offer a clean and well maintained property. Keeping all the money was his only interest. We also had Jewellery go “missing” during our stay. Noticed the security officer spending time playing video games in his office. They tried to suggest others guests may have stolen it. Worst holiday ever.

  Fabulous

  Liked: Ursula went above and beyond to ensure we got into our apartment after a flight delay which meant we didn't arrive until 3.30am! The apartment was amazing, in lovely grounds with two large swimming pools. The bar restaurant onsite was great. Fabulous location within walking distance of Puente Romano. Definitely intend to stay there again!
