  Avoid this hotel spend your money elsewhere

  Disliked: Terrible experience from start to finish. We were only staying for one night and unfortunately forgot our physical passports. I had a clear copy on my phone and my husband had his driving license. The reception area was completely quiet, yet the five staff members standing there were completely inflexible and refused to accept them. Worse than the refusal was their awful attitude; they treated us like criminals. To make matters worse, the room was highly outdated, and while there was a kettle and cups provided, there was no tea or coffee anywhere in the room. When we asked about it, they told us we needed to go buy tea and coffee from a shop, which is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel. For a venue in Puerto Banus, the customer service and room quality are completely unacceptable. Avoid this place.
