  It exceeded my expectation

  Liked: The check in was super quick. The staff were super helpful all the time. They cleaned my room and changed the towels which was amazing after a long day. The location was amazing because it was in the downtown and accessible from all ways but at the same time the street was quite.

  Disliked: The only thing is that the walls are thin so please be prepared that you will hear more noises than the average.

  Rude staff, emergency number not responding, poor facilities

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Rude staff, poor facilities, tiny room, poor communication - no response to my requests, on the first night the door got locked up and there was no way to open. 5 people got locked out in the middle of the night. The emergency number didn’t worked, one lady kept trying to call, however unsuccessful, then decided to call the police. In the meantime one gentleman was throwing pebbles to people’s windows. One guy spotted us and went down to open the door, however still unsuccessful. He ended up going to the key keeper/owner’s room, as it seemed that he was living there. The guy was not apologetic at all. He seemed to be annoyed by being woken up. My next day’s activity was ruined.
