  I would like to come back again

  Liked: Perfect place for short holiday. It’s 4 minutes ti the beach, close to beautiful old town. Everything you need in the rooms, beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast and free welcome drink in hotel’s bar which has a nice courtyard. The staff is very friendly, always smiling.

  Liked: The service and the lovely staff. The location.

  Disliked: The rooms are not cleaned properly. The sand and layer of dust behind the bide and behind some furniture in the room. The microwave is on a shelf, leaning badly forward. The cooker and extractor didn't work, but they fixed the cooker the same day. Not enough utensils or pots to cook in. We tend not to eat out every night. I am sure we are not the only ones. The floor wasn't mopped for the whole week.

  Liked: Hotel was really nice, like apartments with any equipment also with kitchen, we had 2 balconies, it was great. breakfast was really delicious with champagne:). the locations is a few minutes from the beach. rooms are big with a lot of spatious.

  Disliked: Parking...that was terrible. we booked this hotel because of parking. There is also some parking on the level -1, but perhaps not for guest. We got an option to let the car at some parking place for 25 euros per night near the hotel. I repeat that we booked hotel because they offer parking on booking.... We parked finally on the streets with white lines for free. The app easy park on blue lines showed me that from the 20:00 to 08:00 is for free.

  Definitely worth the price, would stay here again:)

  Liked: The location was great! The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable.

  Liked: I didn’t like the hotel. The breakfast was poor. The room wasn’t clean. One staff was nice but unfortunately her superior (the manager) was unpleasant. The price after upgrade was extremely high and did not reflect the overall experience. What made the situation even more disappointing was the uncomfortable interaction with the manager, who showed no willingness to address or resolve any of the issues we raised. Unfortunately, the lack of support and professionalism from management was very disappointing.

  Central location in lovely Marbella

  Liked: Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff that went over and above to make our stay enjoyable

  Disliked: Some public areas were a little tired and shabby, room a little bit old fashioned and some brekkie items were not warmed enough
