  Overall a good hotel

  Liked: Bed very confortable. Good bathroom. Cozy room.

  Disliked: If you are tall, the shower head is fixed at a quite low height. Lack of general switch to turn off the lights. The hotel is in a neighborhood outside the center in the middle of an industrial area, surrounded by warehouses.

  Disliked: Location: It is only accessible by car. There are no buses, and it is very far from the main tourist area. The surroundings are also quite unpleasant, with many warehouses and bus garages nearby. Service: Terrible. The receptionist, Ms. Anadis, is clearly not prepared to deal with customers. She was extremely rude and arrogant. This is a perfect example of how a lower price is simply not worth it.

  VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

  Disliked: Very bad experience. I could barely sleep during any of the four nights we stayed there because the sound insulation was extremely poor. You can hear absolutely everything from the rooms next door, including people snoring, toilets flushing, conversations and even whispering. The room description mentioned soundproofing, but in reality it was the complete opposite. The wall separating the rooms appeared to be made of gypsum, which is probably why so much noise passed through. It was not only noise from the neighbouring rooms either. I could also clearly hear forklifts, cars and other outside music and noises as if they were right inside the room. For a hotel advertising soundproofed rooms, this was extremely disappointing and made it very difficult to rest or sleep properly throughout the stay.
