Liked: The contact people (Josephine and her husband) was easy and good. They did there best to make us comfortable.

Disliked: We booked with air conditioning, bit it wasn't working. The managers told us it would be repair with in a day. After 5 days, they repaired it, the day we left. With the heat, we didn't sleep well at all. It was close to 30C every night. They came during our stay to work on the air conditioning, when they left we had to clean the floor. We didn't have a trash can in the appartment. We needed to leave our trashes on the street bins.

Josefine who works for the company of this apartment is rude and hostile towards guests. Reported to appropriate authori

Liked: Apartment was in a good location. The lady who checked us in, Maria was lovely, helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Upon checking out, we had a different lady called Josefine. When we checked out, josefine stated that there had been complaints and issues with ourselves and other residents of the community stating that there were ‘arguments and aggressiveness’. Myself and my friend were confused as we were hardly even in the apartment, we were out all day, went to get changed, and out all night and we explained how we hadn’t even seen or spoken to any other residents. Josefine then attempted to withhold our SECURITY DEPOSIT of €200 due to this ‘accusation’ which is NOT ACCEPTABLE as this was a security deposit, the apartment was left spotless and as it had been found. She then became verbally hostile stating that ‘oh I see where your attitude is from’ and threatening to report us to Spanish authorities. I feel like this security deposit is a whole scam. The company and people who run this property have been reported to the appropriate parties, including booking.com and the Spanish authorities. I have never experienced such hostility and disrespect. This is not acceptable and I am awaiting updates regarding this.

Great location, huge apartment with amazing facilities

Liked: The apartment was spacious with a huge balcony and had amazing facilities including a fully kitted kitchen, towels and hair dryers and even a complimentary bottle of wine! Our host Nadir was lovely and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. We had to check in extremely late and Nadir catered to this for a fee. The apartment was spotless and perfect for what we needed and we would definitely book again.

Disliked: The only improvement to the apartment itself I can think of would be a full length mirror. As a group of girls we like to check how we look before we go out 🤣 A couple of points to consider (which are nothing to do with the actual apartment itself) is that the pool area had no sunbeds so you have to lay on the grass. Another point to note when booking is on the day of check out, we had to check out at 10am and our flight wasn’t until the evening, therefore we had no access to toilets/ showers. Luckily Nadir was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in his apartment.
