  The stay was stressful due to poor preparation and unprofessional handling of the issue

  Disliked: The originally booked apartment was dirty and not prepared at check-in. The host acknowledged the issue after I sent photos. Instead of resolving it properly, I was relocated to a different apartment that did not match the standard of the one I had selected and paid for. The replacement apartment had different furniture and lower comfort level. This was not what I booked. The host offered €200 compensation in writing for the inconvenience, but the payment was never transferred. Overall, the situation was handled poorly and created unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend this property due to lack of preparation and inconsistent standards.
