  Liked: The stay was amazing here. The apartment has everything you need and more - perfect location and also a quiet area. 24/7 security which made it extra safe. Would definitely reccomend and we would definitely book again!

  Nice place, but the person handling check-in and communication was unprofessional and unreliable, which ruined the exper

  Liked: The property itself is nice, clean, and well-located

  Disliked: The main issue was the extremely unprofessional staff. The person responsible for check-in and check-out was consistently late, and we had to follow up multiple times for everything. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially for families. The WiFi was also not working most of the time. Communication was very poor. Every time we asked for information, he was unsure, said he needed to check, and often never got back to us. In addition, he was rude both in person and over the phone, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. There was also a lack of transparency regarding parking, as the price he mentioned was double what was stated on Booking.com, which is misleading. Overall, the lack of professionalism, reliability, and clear communication significantly affected the stay.

  A fantastic place to relax and unwind

  Liked: The apartment was extremely well equipped and spotless! Peaceful setting with beautiful gardens in the surrounding areas.

  Disliked: Wish the pool would have been open. It's still quite warm in October and perhaps this could be available but at reduced opening hours.
