  Liked: The host was excellent - very responsive and helpful throughout. We were kindly allowed into the flat about an hour before check-in to drop off our bags. The location and size of the apartment are great, and while it’s a little dated it’s fine for the price.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the cleaning let the whole experience down. When we first arrived, the cleaner was still finishing up, which was fine as we were early, but there were several sheets laid out drying in the living room. When we returned later, we found the electricity wasn’t working. The host fixed it after we contacted her, but it cut out a second time and we had to reach out again. As a result, the AC never worked properly for the rest of the trip…the flat was nice and cool when we first arrived to drop our bags off, but afterwards the temperature wouldn’t drop below 16°C on the display, while it genuinely felt more like 22–25°C. We had to keep the windows open for fresh air instead. The sheets we’d seen drying earlier turned out to be a bigger problem: the sofa cover was still wet when we sat down and on top of that, the sofa itself was broken!! A couple of hours later we found the beds damp too. It seemed like the bedding had been washed after the previous guests but not left to dry properly. The host had to be contacted again, and the cleaner came and changed them. A few smaller things: under the beds was dusty, and a few spare toilet rolls could’ve easily been kept on the bathroom shelf but were tucked away in a bedroom cupboard. There’s no bins in the bathrooms and no full-length mirror in the apartment. The Wi-Fi and TV were both very slow and streaming on YouTube or Netflix was a struggle.

  If you want a host who genuinely cares about your experience and is easy to reach, I highly recommend booking with them!

  Liked: We had a good experience with this host! While there was a minor hiccup right when we first arrived, the host was incredibly responsive, professional, and handled it immediately. It is rare to find a host who is so attentive and dedicated to making sure their guests are happy and comfortable. The communication was truly excellent from start to finish. If you want a host who genuinely cares about your experience and is easy to reach, I highly recommend booking with them!

  Great holiday in a very nice holiday home

  Liked: Property was in a great location and the price very good. The facilities were very good had everything we needed for a good holiday.

  Disliked: Getting into property was a challenge as didn’t drive so not sure which flats we were staying. Owner on hand to help us which was helpful.
