  On our arrival to the property we’d given a 30min heads up of our arrival time, to which we were kept waiting another 45

  Liked: The property was situated in a good location

  Disliked: The lack of staff in person, personal didn’t like the key code access as there was no internal lock on the apartment doors for added security. No complimentary water or coffee on arrival which would have been welcoming and a nice touch to elevate the property. The shower was difficult to use with poor pressure. A simple instruction note would have helped. I booked the apartment because in the description it reads there’s a washing machine. But on arrival I was told that it was communal and on the terrace. Their information in the description for the apartments needs to be clearer as for me this was disappointing. We were offered a new room which we took but the floors seemed dirty and couch was ripped! Pillows didn’t smell fresh on the bed linen. Have been staying in the old town for over 10 years trying different apartments and this by far was the most disappointing. It has potential but lacks the finer touches.

  We had a fantastic stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again

  Liked: The property was excellent Great location and very comfortable

  Disliked: The terrace could have done with some cleaning here and there and maybe if there were some extra towels available for use on the terrace that would have been handy

  Liked: Very spacious flat Location is amazing, in in the old town Quiet Check in was straight forward

  Disliked: Forr the price paid, there was no bottled water, tea and coffee pods Shower water was cold. Tried to contact the management team but I only stayed 1 night and they didn't resolve the issue. Mattress wasn't that comfy

  Doesn't accommodate to any needs, property was uncleaned, no toilet paper, no blanket, shower drain didn't work

  Disliked: They had no toiletries to accommodate to our stay. They had no toilet paper, we had to buy some and leave it there. They didn't even have blankets, we were cold at night. The shower drain wasn't even working. The bathroom flooded so many times and we had to literally mop and drain the water into the bucket. There was dirty undies left in the apartment. Staff were not helpful at all and wouldn't reply to us.

  Loved the old town of Marbella but unfortunately for us chose the wrong apartments

  Liked: Great location, rooms quite large, bed comfy and access was easy and secure.

  Disliked: Apartment 1 ground floor. Unfortunately we did not like that the settee was badly stained and cushions torn and frayed. Also the outdoor terrace was like a prison yard and badly stained with green algae and flies around the drain which made it unusable. Also there was no natural light making the apartment dark and depressing. The roof terrace was a bonus to use but furniture again tired looking and view not brilliant. Also there was a dog constantly barking but on reporting it, it was more or less resolved after second day. We will not be returning or recommending to our friends and family.
