  Great, almost perfect

  Liked: Great convenient location all facilities including a balcony and a pool. Powerful shower and decent facilities in the bathroom. No major complaints at all and would happily visit again.

  Disliked: Would have preferred a small bottle of shower gel and washing up liquid instead of the daily bread delivery which just ended up getting wasted because I had no use for a lump of crust bread in the morning. It would probably cost less for small refillable shower gel bottles mounted to the wall and I’m sure people would use that more. Only other bad point was the music from the Riu Palace over the road until the early hours which I don’t blame the Belmonte for at all. Unfortunately the Riu has decided that everyone has to suffer with their music some nights. I’ll leave a bad review on the Riu instead.

  Liked: Nice sized apartment in a good area. Older type building but kept clean and tidy. Bathroom a little dated but overall a nice stay

  Disliked: Last minute booking and thing we got the last room. We were on 4th floor with no lift. Not a problem for us as we are relatively fit but if you have mobility issues please keep this in mind

  Fantastic location, nice heated pool and private garden. We would stay here again

  Liked: The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. 2 grocery stores and tons of bars at the Sandia Centre within a 2 minute walk. Bus stop 5 minutes away to buses that go all over the island. Very quiet at night. Pool was heated and we were able to swim at Christmas. Lots of quality sunbeds and chair pads. Fresh bread hanging on the door knob daily. Communication with the management was efficient. Just enough kitchen equipment. Nice terasse out back.

  Disliked: The single beds weren't great. They made noise when we turned over in our sleep. It seems the legs are not all the same length. The maids refused to change our sheets after sleeping in them for 5 days when we asked. There were some stains on the sheets from before we arrived. I've heard enough about "saving the environment" I think hotels are just being cheap. If we want new sheets once in a week, just do it!
