  I may have focused on the negatives but we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would visit again

  Liked: Location was great and everything we wanted. The room was adequate and served it's purpose The pool was lovely and we made use of the kitchen

  Disliked: The noise from either the road with countless buses running 24/7, the early rising gardener tending his lawn or the loud entertainment in the hotel at the rear. The pillows are just hopeless and no air con so we purchased a fan

  Liked: Fab location, pool area was exceptional. Apartment was clean, and the balcony overlooked the pool with a small / sectioned horizon view of the ocean. The check in was smooth and the receptionist was lovely. Cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. Appreciated the fresh towels every 2 days.

  Disliked: The kitchenette was basic and the appliances were a little dated - the kettle and toaster were very old and worn. The electric hob and microwave were perfect, although an oven would have been ideal. There is also no air conditioning so it gets HOT in the apartment - requiring the balcony doors to be open at all times (we were aware pre booking that this property did not have these 2 facilities - but just making a suggestion for future improvements)

  Relaxing in lovely location

  Liked: Location and had top floor corner apartment which was good - although entertainment from next door hotel was audible it was also visible and entertaining at times and it was all very quiet by10.30 pm - generally great location close to beach and bus stops and spotlessly clean

  Disliked: Not much really kitchen could be a more modern and well appointment but we didn’t cook much so fine for our needs

  Liked: The apartments are ideally placed. For the beach, shops, nightlife. I especially like the spacious feel to the apartments.

  Liked: Location is perfect, close to the beach, bus stop is opposite the apartments. Lovely pool area and big terrace balcony.

  Liked: The apartment is situated in a nice part of the town with the best car rental agency and several supermarkets around. It is a bit away from the Yumbo Center and the Playa del Ingles Kiosk 5-6-7 beaches but it is walkable (though takes a long time). The airport bus (66) stops are very close to it. It has a nice pool. The flat was very spacious and had everything one needed. The kitchenette had everything for one to cook for one's own (no dishwasher). The terrace was very spacious with two schezlongs and a table with three chairs. A/C was not available but there are ceiling fans with remote control. It was very easy to collect the keys at the arrival from the lockbox since they provided good instructions.

  Disliked: The smell coming from the bathroom was annoying. The wifi reception was poor. In the evenings there was entertainment happening in the neighboring hotel but I was not annoyed by that. On the contrary it was entertaining. After taking a shower water gets all over the bathroom but there is a mop and a bucket and it is cleanable. My one recommentation to the property would be to put a dish rack for the dishes to dry.
