  Liked: Good location, close to the beach.

  Disliked: The room was small for 3 people. Parking is very small. Access to drinks is poorly organized. Often, just to get a glass of clean water, you have to wait in a long line at the bar. Poor food. Some activities were unavailable to children under 16 or were available for very limited periods. This was not mentioned in the hotel description.

  Scam, overbooked

  Liked: Scam. Although we received the booking confirmation, when we arrived at the reception with our 5 month old baby, they said they are fully booked. Good luck finding something at 9pm.

  Disliked: The staff was more sour than a lemon.

  great value - a little further out - excellent spa

  Only two members of YOUR staff ruined a perfect trip!

  Liked: Spa being included in hotel

  Disliked: Found the male receptionist pretty rude our whole stay. The worst member of staff was the tall female chef with tattoos. We wanted to complain at the reception but didn’t have time as we had checked out already and our taxi was waiting. Won’t be back again just because of her! All other staff members were very hospitable
