  Great place to stay

  Liked: Great location with parking. Within walking distance of a shopping precinct for essentials and breakfast. Walking distance to the beach and Jumbo centre for evening entertainment. The bungalows and pool area were clean and well maintained.

  Disliked: The gardens of my bungalow were not well maintained. In fact, sorely neglected. This wasn't an issue but took the "shine" off my experience. I felt like the poor cousin to all of the others well maintained gardens.

  Lovely, clean apartment and kind staff

  Liked: The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Carmel is lovely and kept our room spotless. Great size fridge/freezer and equipment for self catering. Very quiet and chilled environment if that's what you're looking for.

  Disliked: Advertised as a family complex but there were no other young children during our stay. We also had some very miserable neighbours who clearly should have been staying at an adult only complex. We felt like we couldn't talk above a certain level. However, the rest of our neighbours were friendly and welcoming of our 4 year old.

  Liked: Location excellent. The accommodation is a 10min walk from tbe restaurants and bars at the beach and a 10min walk in the other direction to the Yumbo Centre. There is a bus stop a 2min walk away that brings you to Porto de Mogan Puerto Rico Acqualand as well as other locations. Supermarkets and snack bars less than 5 min walk. Staff. Joshua in reception and Carmel our cleaner were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the min we arrived. Our flight home wasnt until late eve but were accommodated to use pool until our departure. Accommodation. Clean and bright with the lovely pool beside us and the back garden was great. Recommend highly if you want a quiet location and a relaxed vibe yet a few mins walk away to the centre of activities and night life

  Disliked: The pillows were a bit lumpy and there was no way of dimming the lights in the bedroom. Very minor issues

  Liked: A Lovely well kept 2 bedroom bungalow with private gardens in a perfect location to everything. Very welcoming staff a nice big pool and very quiet surroundings. Perfect for families.

  Clean, quiet, and well located – everything we needed for a great family holiday

  Liked: The key collection process was very easy and straightforward on arrival. The property is within walking distance of everything you need, yet far enough away that there was very little noise. The accommodation was very clean both inside and out, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable.
