  Liked: This Apartment is in the most perfect location to the beach and the promenade. The view on and from the balcony is absolutely priceless absolutely Stunning This is our favourite holiday home that we keep returning to and we can't wait till we book out next stay here. All the amenities that you need are in the apartment,microwave cooker fridge iron etc.. the hosts who are warm and friendly,very accommodating and thoughtful which makes the stay feel like home to home. The 2 minute walk from the beach to great bars,restaurants and shops.All you need for a perfect holiday.

  Couple holiday end May

  Liked: Great apartment for a couple - a true heaven by the beach. The view is spectacular for a morning coffee and the flowers growing on the balcony offer you privacy - many tourists stopped to take photos of the complex. Tatiana and Andrey were very friendly and helpful and welcoming, they even arranged a friendly taxi for our transfers from the airport and back. The apartment is located on the walking boulevard, close to the square of Maspalomas - Playa del Ingles and at the same time is very quiet in the night time. Definitely a place where we will stay again when we come back to Gran Canaria and we'll recommend it to our friends as well.

  Disliked: We can't think of anything we didn't like, everything was perfect.

  Fantastic location with a dream view – we'd book again in a heartbeat

  Liked: We spent a total of five nights in this lovely holiday apartment, located right on the seafront in the very first row. The property is part of a small, quiet, and well-maintained complex, which seems to be shared by both private owners and tourists – though I can't say for sure. Overall, the complex was very compact, peaceful, and extremely clean. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the beautiful, lushly planted balcony with a stunning view of the sea. Sitting out there truly felt like a dream. Just in front of the balcony was a well-kept, fairly large pool, which we usually had all to ourselves. From the pool area, you could walk straight onto the promenade, and a few steps led down to the beach – everything was within easy walking distance. Honestly, the location couldn’t have been better. Now, regarding our arrival, the apartment itself, and the host: The check-in didn’t go entirely smoothly, but the issue was resolved relatively quickly. The host was only briefly on site to hand over the keys – I would have liked to ask a few questions, but there wasn’t much time for that. He did bring a few rolls of toilet paper and was friendly overall. All in all, if I return to Gran Canaria and stay in the south again, I would absolutely book this wonderful apartment again because of the location and the incredible view.

  Disliked: There were just a few small things that could be improved: After a long, hot drive, it would have been really nice to have a bottle of water waiting for us. There was also no shower gel, shampoo, or laundry detergent provided – which we missed a bit, as we had been spoiled by our previous stays in the north and in the mountains, where everything had been fully stocked. It wasn’t a huge issue, since the nearest supermarket was only a three-minute walk away. However, the bed linen in the bedroom unfortunately didn’t smell very fresh – I’m quite sensitive to scents, so I ended up placing a towel over the pillow. Despite these minor points, the stay was absolutely lovely – the combination of location, view, and tranquility made it nearly perfect.
