  Liked: Excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, and very pleasant facilities. The breakfast is complete, varied, and offers something new every day, with options to suit all tastes. The girls serving breakfast were wonderful always friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The hotel itself is peaceful, relaxing, and a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly affected by the reception staff. The receptionists were consistently unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome whenever we needed assistance. Their attitude was cold and dismissive, and on several occasions, we felt uncomfortable because of the way they looked at us from head to toe, as if judging us. This kind of behavior is especially disappointing in a hotel where the rest of the experience was so positive. We were genuinely happy with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and breakfast, but the poor attitude and lack of hospitality at reception left a very negative impression. Good facilities are important, but the people welcoming and assisting guests are an essential part of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, the reception service fell far below what we expected and, in our opinion, needs significant improvement.

  Disliked: The receptionists were cold, unfriendly, and dismissive whenever we needed assistance. More than once, we felt uncomfortable because of the way they looked us up and down from head to toe, with an expression that came across as judgmental and disdainful (Maybe because we are queer). We were so happy with almost everything at the hotel, which made this attitude at reception even more disappointing. This was not simply a matter of the staff being less friendly or having a different personality. Their attitude made us feel genuinely unwelcome when interacting with them, which is particularly unpleasant when you are a guest and simply asking for assistance.

  Lovely adult only break with a chilled vibe

  Liked: It was very clean & chilled. Restaurant staff great & breakfast excellent. Spa fab

  Disliked: The reception staff were a bit frosty & not particularly welcoming. This could have really helped with the overall experience.

  The cleaning of the apartment was excellent by a friendly lady

  Liked: The location was good.

  Disliked: The water in the spa massage pool was rather cold. At breakfast, the lady doing the eggs, was annoyed every day and told me off when I asked for a plain omelette, she said in a hight rude voice “ can’t you eat the scrambled eggs at the buffet, it is made of the same thing ”. It was a very unpleasant and upsetting experience.

  Very good. We will be returning next year

  Liked: Hotel was quiet, facilities were good and the location was perfect. We did not use the breakfast as the kitchen in the apartment was good and had everything we needed to cook meals.

  Disliked: The only thing that would have been good would be a bar in the hotel.
