  Good stay, terrible wifi

Disliked: We stayed at this property in Gran Canaria for two weeks and appreciated the upgrade. While we enjoyed our holiday overall, a few aspects of the accommodation fell short of our expectations. The Wi-Fi barely worked, if at all, so we had to rely mainly on our own mobile data. The guest bed was also very uncomfortable. The staff were approachable, and we appreciated their willingness to listen. Unfortunately, despite reporting these issues, we faced repeated delays and no resolution during our stay. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, as reliable Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and better follow-up would have made a real difference.
