  Amazing all inclusive hotel that ticks all the boxes for a great stay in Playa del Inglés

  Liked: The hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff could not do enough for you and the facilities throughout the hotel were brilliant. The hotel is starting to show its age in places, but that is reflected in the price, and the all inclusive food was really good throughout our whole stay

  Disliked: This is more of a personal preference than a complaint about the hotel itself, but in future we probably would not stay in the Nardos section again. We did not feel the extra cost was really value for money, especially as the jacuzzis were on timers and did not work past 10pm and Nardos was a short walk away from the main hotel facilities, where we spent most of our time anyway.

  Fabulous stay

  Liked: Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff and service throughout. Loved the selection of food at breakfast, it has everything you could want - and the different themed dinner nights were an additional bonus! The private hot tub and pool were fabulous. We will be back!

  Overall good stay but glad we only stayed for a week due to poor entertainment and mediocre food
