  Very nice and would come back, staff very friendly and clearly worked hard

  Liked: The rooms are mostly ground floor with a sliding glass door entrance to the main area containing the pool and sun beds, meaning it was a short walk to the pool. The room was spacious, clean and had good aircon with a large bed. Breakfast and dinner were good but the selection would vary with some days being better than others.

  Disliked: The room had an odd lay out with the Tv being close to the sofa and too far away from the bed. This is due to the room being a rectangular shape with only one entrance which was the sliding glass door. In addition to the this the lighting in the bathroom was poor with no lights over the shower and toilet side creating a very dark room when the door is shut.

  Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again because of the food

  Liked: The staff were very kind, the rooms and facilities were clean

  Disliked: The food was horrible, the worst food I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, I had back pain every night. The drinks were machine made, low quality just sugar.

  Excellent for a by-the-pool-with-small children holiday

  Liked: Overall effort to make the stay enjoyable. Good staff communication, always 'smile-on'. Great breakfast, good dinner. Room, pool area and restaurant cleanliness. Courtesy parking lot. Courtesy beach shuttle, both Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles

  Disliked: Last shuttle from beach too early for the long June days. Would have preferred a double bed (in the adult-only area)- instead of 2xsingles; while just meters away from the Maspalomas dunes to get there have to make a 4Km detour- any chance for a shortcut?
