  Wouldn't stay again. Didn't feel safe for a family

  Liked: Pool ok and view was ok.

  Disliked: The host had people let themselves into the villa while our children were sleeping just let themselves in I find this totally unacceptable and dangerous. Not all rooms had air con. Very expensive for what was actually there.

  Perfect villa, as good as it looks in the photos

  Liked: Couldn't fault the place. We loved our stay at this wonderful villa. Everything you see in the photos and more. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze. 5 minute walk to the beach and another 2 minutes to shops and restaurants. Easily accessible via car or by foot. Short 7/8 min drive to water park or Sioux Park. Nice 15/20 minutes walk along the beach to Playa del Ingles and Maspolomas. We would definitely stay again. 😎

  Unfortunately, we would not return here again

  Liked: We liked the house itself and its location.

  Disliked: The furniture was very poor quality — the chairs were already damaged, and we ended up having to pay €120 for them. The pool was very cold, and heating costs an additional €30 per day. The host was very rude and impolite, which completely ruined the overall impression of our stay.

  Liked: food package on arrival was amazing, the staff responded to all minor problems promptly. everything about the villa was top class and in amazing location.

  Disliked: in peak season you need air conditioning in the other bedrooms, especially in view of cost of villa, path to the road needs work and lighting to make safe in the dark.

  Liked: Spacious and well equipped Views of the sea (although the sea is on the other side of the road). Very easy to cross to the beach. Nice walks along the sea front.
