  Liked: An exceptionally convenient location – a wonderful sandy beach is nearby. The apartment and grounds are very clean and well-maintained. There's a pleasant little terrace overlooking the garden and a lovely private pool. You can park your car in the enclosed courtyard, which is a plus, as parking in the nearby streets can be difficult. Excellent communication with the owner, Gabriele. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and drinking water. I highly recommend staying at this apartment and I think I'll be back.

  Fell in love with Maspalomas

  Liked: Location was great, only a few mins away from the beach. Easy to get to restaurants and supermarkets. Clean swimming pool in the apartment complex. Very cosy apartment with lots of sunshine in the morning with the garden view.

  Disliked: Drainage/Sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It may be the apartment was on the ground floor.
