  Kids friendly sport-oriented hotel

  Liked: Monte Feliz is a fantastic choice for a sports holiday, especially during spring and autumn. If you enjoy staying active, the resort offers an impressive variety of activities, including high-intensity workouts, strength training, tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, padel, cycling, and much more. A special thank you to Emma and the other coaches, who lead the training sessions with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Every day there are around 10 to 15 different classes, catering to various fitness levels and interests. Personally, I especially enjoyed the sessions at 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its dedicated mobile app, which allows guests to book training sessions a day in advance and conveniently view the weekly schedule. This makes planning activities very easy. The hotel is located about 20-25 minutes from the airport. Transportation is straightforward: you can take either a bus or a taxi. One way trip ordered at the hotel costs €36, while the bus is a much cheaper option at around €4 per person. The food exceeded our expectations. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. We also tried several lunch options, including the Caesar Salad, Crispy Chicken Burger, and Salmon Poke Bowl, all of which were fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The hotel features a large swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature. Unlike some other hotels where the pool can feel uncomfortably cold, swimming at Monte Feliz was enjoyable throughout our stay.

  Disliked: * During the first few days, our room was not cleaned despite leaving the "Please Clean" sign. After informing reception that we preferred cleaning between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, the issue was resolved and there were no further problems. However, the overall cleaning quality could be improved. It appeared that housekeeping staff did not use vacuum cleaners, which sometimes affected the cleanliness of the room. * On a couple of occasions, the oatmeal at breakfast was not prepared properly, either undercooked or slightly burnt. After discussing the issue with the sous-chef, it was corrected. * We had hoped our daughter would enjoy spending time at the kids' club, but unfortunately there were very few children during our stay in October, so she was often alone. The kids' club operates from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

  Not the best one, just ok

  Liked: Pool was nice but area around the pool is not very clean, it seems like under sunbeds no one is cleaning floor. Common area well maintained and a lot of sport facilities, however when you pay for tennis rackets they should be at least normal but not deformed. Also hotel has very strange housekeeping rules, they start at 8 morning and if you are leaving room later you can stay without cleaning, it happened to us twice within 10 days. The only good thing was low price for accommodation. Overall was a bit below expectation.

  Liked: We’ve stayed many times and love the location, staff and cleanliness. Great value and staff are very helpful.

  Disliked: The rooms could do with a bit more storage, lots of space to add some drawers and a unit for luggage, kitchen also limited with utensils.
