Exceptional
Great food relaxed holiday
Liked: Good food nice pools lots of space and beds
Disliked: Evening entertainment could change a bit. Smoking policy silly as its a adults hotel i understand by the pool maybe have smoking rooms only on balcony’s on the top floor
Nice place, but needs renovation
Liked: - Quiet place - Heated pool
Disliked: - hotel rooms realy need renovation - often poor quality pool towels / bath towels (several with holes or tares). Bath robes are also very tired.
Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff. Very helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: - Heated pool - Good buffet dinner ( much better than previous stays) - Nice staff
Disliked: We had a bad experience with the cleaning lady. She was both lazy and grumpy!! All other staff vere very nice.
Relaxing
Liked: Calm and easy to stay at plus they have a tennis court
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: As always - good value for money, very friendly staff and tasty food.
Disliked: We have been here 2 years ago - and water in a poll was several degrees warmer (which felt more comfortable). Something changed in the restaurant - it's still not critical but sometimes during the lunch you get the meat that wasn't well prepared before cooking (tendons, hard fat).Variety of food also a little bit chenged, but still - you won't be hungry that's for sure. It is still 9 from me but if these changes can me implemedted - it would be better.
