  4 nights is more then enough, wouldn’t return with kids

  Liked: Good location to get to bars or down to the beach, food was half decent.

  Disliked: No animations team on site, entertainment is very very poor, Very basic for kids other than a little splash park. Unless you rent a fan you’ll be up all night with the noise of the music across the street. The all inclusive drinks are basic, have to pay for a lot of drinks. Snack bar isn’t outside and it’s only open for 1.5 hours in the day.

  Liked: The hotel staff were excellent polite and welcoming.the main pool was excellent, and it looked like it was refurbished. The other two pools haven't been refurbished but clean. The rooms were excellent clean and everything you need.

  Disliked: The hotel itself I couldn't fault, but its location to the Irish pubs and clubs across the road was NOT good. We had no more than 3-4hrs of sleep a night because of the noise till 3am in the morning every morning. Then, people walking home from these puds. It's not the hotels fault, but the noise at night would stop me from staying there again.

  Liked: The hotel staff were lovely, I had to book 1 extra night as my original hotel booking was 1 night more than anticipated, the staff were great very helpful, but the room was absolutely horrendous, like something out of the 1980s no air conditioning absolutely cooking inside they want you to pay for portable air conditioning units that they don't tell you about, I'd have paid triple had I known, very dated, rough and area is completely mental at one stage I thought a car bomb had gone off with fireworks outside, and hotel opposite is crazy with music, also no bullshitting rats are on the 5th floor landings, maybe it's rubbish chutes, also still waiting for my 50 Euro deposit back which I'll put in the hands of my bank, be very aware of what your getting into, once again the staff were lovely just can't keep up with the run down hotel

  Excellent price - service value

  Liked: All inclusive food and drinks were excellent including the free of charge fan in the room. This review is about the delux apartman on the 5th floor as I saw negative reviews about apartmans on other floors of this hotel. The kitchen staff and restaurant and bar staff were super friendly and very hard working. We were all day long catered for. Excellent food in buffet style presentation (breakfast, lunch, dinner and between lunch and dinner snack meal was excellent).

  Disliked: The flat screen TV in the bedroom did not work properly, we only used the flat screen TV in the living room that also had excellent streaming options. The security guard clearly hates foreigners because every time we passed by the reception desk and he was there he made us approaching the entry door with our key card in our hands, although he could clearly see we are guests of the hotel since we had the all inclusive wristbands clearly visible wearing on our wrists whilst he was happily chatting with local guests. We did not do anything to piss him off, always smiling and greeting him when passing by his desk but he did not even look at us. I think the hotel management should seriously consider to hire a more professional guest friendly security guard.

Good to know

Due to property policies, visitors are not allowed.

Please be aware in all booking where there are minors, at least 1 adult +18 years old has to stay in the apartment with them to be able to be accommodated in the establishment.

The swimming pool located in the Manila bar area will remain closed from 20th of April 2026 to the 11th of May 2026 (included) for repair works on the bottom of the pool.

When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A deposit may be required at the property.
