Liked: The property was well located, the property itself was perfect for what we needed good lighting etc, if I was to go back to Mataró I’ll be using this apartment again!
Disliked: There’s not much to dislike all round great property
Liked: The apartment was clean and spacious, with a good layout for a longer stay. The location in Mataró was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. Check-in was straightforward, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay for our trip.

Disliked: Absolutely no place to park on any street arround.There is a very expensive parking saba.one night about 50 euros.there is a cheaper one for 37 a night.The street where the appartment is located is in a busy city center,one way tiny road just in front of the small hospital with emergency room..there is no balcony or nice view.You can not leave the car outside of the appartment for longer than few minutes to take a baby and things as there are towing the left cars.Do not recommend to anyone traveling with the car or looking for quiet location.The owner said he has no free parking or places to park that you can pay.he advised us to park on the road in the street although there is nowhere to park.
Nice option to enjoy the summer
Liked: - Good communication with the host - Easy check-in and check-out - Great location, close to supermarkets and the beach - Well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher - AC worked properly, with one unit in the bedroom and another in the living room - Water pressure and temperature were both very good
Disliked: - There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom or living room, so the space was extremely bright at all times. - The street outside is quite noisy. - For a 7-night stay, it would have been good to have extra towels and bed linen provided. - The crib did not have a mattress; we had to request a duvet to use as one, and no bed linen was provided for the crib.
