Amazing
Liked: The hotel was beautiful, The staff were amazing.
Disliked: Location was not for me, it’s very isolated
Very relaxing
Liked: Calm area, very good food, nice view, relaxed atmosphere.
Disliked: Mobility restricted, need a car to get to sandy beach as hotel shuttle is of limited capacity. Bike rent expensive.

Liked: Very comfortable stay with lovely, helpful staff. Food selection was really impressive and it was clear to see the head chef was extremely passionate at what he does, he came out to the restaurant everyday and made an incredible effort to talk to customers, ask for feedback and make us feel very welcome and well looked after. We were also very pleased with Mandy’s service at the reception desk, she was super helpful with itinerary ideas, car hire, activities and pretty much everything throughout our stay. We are very impressed and will be staying at Alua Illa de Menorca again when we do return for a second holiday.

Best entertainment and hospitality on the island
Liked: Noah was the best entertainer, he puts passion, energy and love in to every activity which welcomes more and more people to get involved. This man and his colleagues deserve the best as they only care about the guests happiness and enjoyment. Also, Erik at the Jumper Bar, he is amazing and son friendly and willing to accommodate. This hotel should be proud to have such members of staff. They made the trip.

Perfect location for a quiet relaxed days
Liked: It is in a very quiet area there is not much around so it is good if you want to rest, eat, swim and walk around the quiet village which you visit in 10min. There is a bus that takes you to Mahon in 30min ( 1,80 Euros) a couple of streets further down the hotel., The pool is big and very nice not overcrowded. I got a sea view room and the views were fantastic. The staff is very friendly
Disliked: The food could be a bit better, more tasty.
