  Apart from the above mentioned issues we need to emphasise the fact that we had a brilliant holiday, several of the staf

  Liked: Very clean, attentive staff, modern/contemporary design and good facilities.

  Disliked: Areas such as the VIP pool beds (which almost all are broken, missing head cushions on the same beds) less than impressive restaurant in the same area. We had room 2003 and whilst the room was excellent the Whicker seating around the pool was very dated, damaged with very sharp broken strands and the composite steps are broken and in need of repair.

  Great Experience! We will be back for sure

  Liked: We spent a few days at a hotel tucked away in a peaceful residential area, and that calm atmosphere made the whole stay feel incredibly relaxing. One of the best parts was having Cala Rafalet just around the corner — a gorgeous little beach that feels almost secret. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile. And honestly, a huge part of why the experience was so great was Zacarias (aka Zack). His good vibes and constant good mood made every day better. The pool area was perfect for unwinding — quiet, clean, and ideal for just switching off. And the activities and nighttime entertainment were surprisingly excellent. Fun, well-organized, and a great way to end the day without leaving the hotel. Overall, an excellent stay — peaceful location, amazing staff, and a vibe that makes you want to return.

  Disliked: If I had to point out one thing that could be improved, it would be the timing of the nighttime activities. They were great, fun, and well-organized — but starting them just a little later would make the experience even better. It would allow guests to finish dinner calmly and still join the entertainment without feeling rushed.

  Relaxing, and beautiful

  Liked: The Property is beautiful, so close to the sea and pool. The pool is beautiful, the food is good and the staff were fantastic and friendly. We stayed in a my favourite club room with a pool. The apartment is very big the beds are comfy and the balcony has sun all day.

  Disliked: My only criticism is that there are a lot of flies on the walls downstairs and in the downstairs toilets.
