Fabulous
Liked: Staff deserves lots of credit: the check-in was the smoothest ever, we were allowed a late check-out without extra charge, restaurant staff attentive and quick. It was quiet, end of season, the swimming pool area very well kept, the whole complex is cosy, good beds. Plenty of parking outside.
Disliked: The apartment is comfortable, but can be improved. The lighting in the dining area is not enough; it was quite dark. The doors are squeaky, the sound insulation is not the best. The hot water boiler is placed in the master bedroom wardrobe, so you can hear it turning on and off automatically at night, keeping you awake.
Not the best value for money
Liked: - The location - Staff - Facilities - Cute resort
Disliked: - The WiFi is TERRIBLE! The network is there but it just doesn’t work. - “Housekeeping” is every second day but they basically just bring you new towels. No cleaning or changing sheets, not even making the bed. We requested towels a day that there we weren’t meant to have housekeeping and never got it. - The view on the sea is nice but not worth the extra fee in my opinion.
The property tick every box we would definitely stay and again and definitely recommend
Liked: Super friendly Host. 1 minute away from club Menorca. A short walk to the centre.. Fantastic sea view
Perfect spot to relax and recharge!
Liked: The location is perfect. The pool is gorgeous and we used it every day. It was really worth it and we will definitely come back!
Disliked: Nothing!
Average stay for an expensive price
Liked: Staff were very pleasant, food was amazing from the bar. Pool was nice but had a lack of umbrellas for shade. Location is good a 10 min walk into the main restaurants ect.
Disliked: We can paid extra for a sea view room and unfortunately we had a small view of the sea so not worth the extra money. The room was also very very shabby nothing at all like the pictures and definitely not inline with what we paid. We arrived with no toilet roll or hand wash, not even 1 bottle of water in the fridge. However the room was clean.
Good value
Liked: Staff friendly. Room was a good size, and AC with no extra charges was bonus. Good value.
Disliked: A bit tatty around the edges. Sunbeds old and a little uncomfortable. A bit of a hilly walk into the center. But tbh Cala En Porter is not great. Tatty, English tourist type place, with lack of decent restaurants.
