Fabulous
Lovely litle hotel, superb host
Liked: This is a lovely little hotel run by a host who provides lots of things that you really want in a hotel but rarely get. Simple, comfortable room and a great breakfast. A few hundred metres from the main town, which suited us just fine as it's an easy walk into the main restaurant/bars/shopping area. If we ever return to Menorca we will book again without hesitation.
Disliked: The shower screen/curtain was a bit Heath Robinson but I expect it's on the list of repairs at the end of the Season.
Lovely Bus & Beach holiday
Liked: The location 5 minutes from the bus station to all the beaches in the West part of the island. The free parasols for the beach - really a necessity. Fresh breakfast with fruit.
Disliked: Staff was only present in the morning. Breakfast hours could have been longer.
Enjoyable location to stay in beautiful Cuitadella
Liked: Excellent location and lovely staff. Efficient online self check in. Nice breakfast location and offer. Very clean. Beach umbrellas available and fridges for each room. Fortunately A/C in rooms as temperatures very high.
Disliked: Room very small but adequate for stay. Also very limited staff presence at reception. Just the mornings as far as I could tell. I would prefer staff there 24/7 but may not be important to others. Access to hotel is via a keypad

Clean with friendly staff, but small rooms and missing amenities for the price
Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful, but for €170 a night, we expected better amenities and more comfort. Staff: The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness: The room appeared very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast: It was great, though not exceptional considering the overall high price of the room. There were umbrellas available for the beach, it would be great to know as we bought one. Also, cooler bags were provided.
Disliked: The Bed: The bed was not very comfortable. It consisted of two single beds joined together to look like a double bed, and it squeaked (creaked) every single time we turned around. Room & Bathroom: Both were petite. The bathroom had no window or ventilator. No hand towels were provided. Also, the shower head handle kept spinning around, making it difficult to shower. They only provided one all-in-one bottle for everything. At this price point, other hotels usually offer more options like hair conditioner. As someone with sensitive skin, I would prefer to know the ingredients or brand, though that is a personal preference. On the plus side, a standard wall-mounted hairdryer was available. Drying Clothes: Since this is an island, you need a place to dry swimwear. There was only a small step-ladder style hanger, which barely fit the towels and a few squeezed-in wet swimwear. In addition there was an open wardrobe with shelves entering the room that was very convenient. Fridge: There was no fridge in the room, which confused us on the first night. Luckily, the reception provides separate small fridges for each room. They don't have a freezer section, but they do sell frozen water bottles.
