Disliked: They didn’t provide water In our rooms which I thought was a bit poor after travelling all day There was also a lot of algae in pool present also

A beautiful setting and friendly team, although the service could be more attentive to detail
Liked: The staff were friendly, relaxed and approachable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of variety and good quality.
Disliked: For a 5-star hotel, we expected a more attentive and polished level of service, particularly in terms of attention to detail and anticipating guests’ needs. The team was friendly, but the service sometimes felt more relaxed and informal than we would expect from a 5-star property.
Would not go again
Liked: The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The chief problem is the food. The hotel claims to be 5 star but you are expected to collect all your own food from a frankly inadequate, terrible buffet. There is no table service option and the food on offer if of poor quality and too little selection. At breakfast, they don’t even make you coffee. You are expected to get it yourself from a machine! To make matters even worse there are only two machines and there is often a long queue of guests waiting to use them. This NOT what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. It is more like being in a Travel Lodge.
Relaxing
Liked: Great location, lovely pools, very warm & helpful staff. Good spa and plenty of space to relax in a calming ambience.
Disliked: The terrace bar was a bit boring, it's such a goldmine of a location to do more with! The food on site is ok, not the best you'll have in Menorca - nothing to complain about but not special either.
