Exceptional
Little gem in the heart of town
Liked: location, clean, breakfast
Disliked: n/a
Liked: Staff really kind and good location
Disliked: Room very molded, no window, AC was not working wnd worse than that, the flush was not working. After complaning they moved us to another room for one night then back to the same room the night after because new guests were coming. Once we were back, they put a portable AC in the room that required us to sleep with the door open as it needed ventilation out, and there was no window. So we slept with the door open, a noisy AC and manh bugs/mosquitos as they were coming in. Besides the mold. Room was also very small there was just the bed, nowhere to put our luggages
Perfect hotel for a few days stay in this city
Liked: Lovely intimate hotel in the centre of this beautiful city. Great small pool. Clean and friendly hotel
Disliked: Nothing
Clean well located in the heart of the town
Liked: Amazing location right in the heart of the centre. All the staff where Amazing and friendly
Disliked: Everything was lovely I wish they would take the cover off the terrance so you could sunbathe up there:)
Liked: Clean, stylish and well located
Disliked: Drinks and snacks not available during the day - more of a B&B than hotel
Poor quality and no AC - 2/3 stars at best - too expensive for what it is
Liked: Location is great and Magdalena who welcomed us the first night was extremely nice
Disliked: The AC doesn’t work-considering it’s literally over 100 F, AC is critical. It is set at a specific temperature in the room and doesn’t allow guests to adjust it so we weren’t able to sleep at all. Breakfast was terrible, stale bread and not much to eat - also breakfast is only for 1.5 hours so you have to get up early while on vacation to get a coffee. No coffee in the room and barely any services. It’s a 2/3 star at best - not a 5 star as advertised on Booking. We looked to leave and just go to another hotel but they wouldn’t refund us despite the poor quality.
