Exceptional
Pleasant, charming, and well kept hotel in a wonderful area
Liked: We felt so comfortable at this charming hotel. Everything is cared for personally. It’s very clean and the staff is welcoming. We also loved the location, just steps away from the Cathedral, shops and cafes.
Lovely boutique hotel close to the centre
Liked: Staff were very helpful, responsive and friendly. Although I did not get to meet Natalia, she was in touch several times to make sure my stay was comfortable and always available if I had any questions. Location is excellent, close to grocery shops, restaurants and cafes but as its on a side street, the room was quiet. Less than a 10 minute walk to the bus station to get to a number of beaches. I even found an umbrella hanging outside my door one morning on a day there was heavy rain.... nice touch.
Disliked: Maybe a couple of plates and knives and forks if guests wish to have the occasional meal at the hotel
Liked: Very clean and all commodities included. Had access to a nice roof terrace. The location is fantastic.
Disliked: Bed was fine, not great.
Perfect location and room size
Liked: Exactly like the photos. Location was absolutely perfect in the centre of town while never being loud.
Disliked: Nothing!
