  Due to emergency booking to support my family that we’re currently at the hotel what I experienced in my 2 days was grea

  Liked: Clean, beautiful views, spacious, shower was amazing

  Disliked: We had a emergency stay for 2 days so was in apartment with lots of steps was hard for my husband’s disability but this was no fault of the hotel like I said it was booked day before for emergency,

  Nice people but the whole hotel needs upgrading

  Liked: The staff were nice and so was the food

  Disliked: We arrive quite late with our 3 year old and lots of luggage, the receptionist gave us the wrong directions and no porter was there to help us find our room which was up many hill and stairs. The pool area is surrounded by artificial grass which is muddy and disgusting. General hygiene in the hotel wasn’t great with awful smells coming from staff areas near the kitchen. There was a 3rd swimming pool on the other side of the complex which is much quieter because nobody is told about it and it’s behind a gate with a pin. The pool bar was closed in this area and there are no bathrooms etc

  Liked: We had a wonderful time at this hotel and completely fell in love with both the resort and the island! The room was decent and clean, though a bit dated, but everything else made up for it. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options for different dietary needs. It’s a huge property located right on a beautiful, expansive beach, which was a real highlight for us. There are also several swimming pools available. As a couple traveling without children, we spent most of our time enjoying the beach, so I can’t comment much on the kid-friendly amenities—but for us, it was absolute perfection. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back!
