Disliked: It was so basic - like a 3 star
Lovely location for a relaxing enjoyable holiday
Liked: Lovely aesthetic like a village of whitewashed apartments with pool in centre, plenty of sunbeds, right on beachfront and lovely buffet breakfast to set up for the day. 5 minute walk to the marina with wide choice of restaurants and bars. Supermarket just across road to get daily supplies.
Disliked: Pool wasn’t heated so a little chilly. Sea was warmer
Liked: Lovely place with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of options.
Disliked: The only minor downside is that rooms in the Binibeca building facing the street can be a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars. However, this is easily resolved by closing the soundproof windows, which effectively block out the noise.
Liked: Location and Breakfast were amazing. The staff was great. The pool and the beach access were excelent.
Disliked: To not be allowed to pay for the beverages at the end. Yo need to pay when the beverage is delivered.
Dissapointing and hugely overpriced
Liked: The location was great, breakfast was good and staff were friendly
Disliked: The place was filthy! The rooms were cleaned poorly daily. My nieces baby dropped her toy under the bed and it was incredibly dirty. The showers were dirty. The weather had rained a little but the flooring around the pool was never swept, there were false fingernails and rubbish still in the same place for days. Whilst we understand the weather can't be helped the sunbeds were covered in dust and no one bothered to even rinse them with a hose, which they used to clean just the outside edges of the pool. The people with day beds would change over for new people and the covers where people lay on them were just patted and not removed to be washed. Having travelled extensively around the world and stayed in various accommodations, this hotel is very far from a 4 star hotel as advertised.
Room was quite small for a family but location was great
Liked: Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, not quite enough staff in the restaurant in the evening to get drinks.
Disliked: Not impressed with food in the evening. Found it very repetitive. Hadn’t realised how many restaurants there were close by. Breakfast was excellent- coffee not so good though
