  Terrible service from management, ok room, but very baby friendly

  Liked: The room was very baby friendly (I took an 8 month old), great bath and cot with mattress. Restaurant food was very good, the younger girls were great, especially one girl (sorry don’t know her name she had mousy brown / blonde hair), the people behind the counter also. It’s very close to a beach, and getting the bus into the cuitadella was very easy! We rented bikes (someone at reception who was helpful!) which was fun.

  Disliked: Service: Reception service on arrival was terrible, frosty lady with no help whatsoever and limited explanation on everything. We had a lot of bags and a buggy with a baby in, she even didn’t tell us about the steps which meant we couldn’t take the provided luggage trolley! The room: It was clean, however the room pictures were very dated, and it needed a lick of paint and love! The manager in the restaurant was very erratic and stressed, he was always very worried about our buggy (it’s not big!) and if we would block other people!? It also wasn’t explained to us we need to get a ticket from reception to have dinner, we didn’t tell someone, so the next morning we were told off! The area is weird, if you want to stay in the hotel then great, however all of the restaurants are owned by the same group and so very limited lens with one vegetarian option (veggie lasagne) at all of them!

  Liked: The place is just amazing, just very close to the beach. Staff as very kind. Very quiet and calm place. Beach: You can pay on the beach for umbrella and two chair (if i remember 24 Euros per day), but there is also enough space around for free.

  Disliked: Only complaint we had was internet connection. The connection was not stable, if connected the speed was unusable for web pages browsing, even sometimes not usable to send text WhatsApps message.

  Mother and daughter birthday trip in the sunshine ☀️

  Liked: Lovely hotel in a great location just a quick stroll to the beach. Stayed in an apartment number 101 which has a terrace with direct access to one of the complexes pools. Plenty of sunbeds so no morning rush to reserve your spot. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice available. 10 minute easy walk to the marina which has a number of lovely restaurants.

  Clean and tidy

  Liked: The location of the hotel was ideal. A short 5 minute walk to the harbour and the beach was a 2 minute walk. The atmosphere was very chilled and generally very quiet. Our apartment/room was clean and tidy with everything you would need for your stay. Unfortunately, the location of the room was not ideal as was facing the road/supermarket. We did ask to move room but was told the hotel was fully booked so unable to help. I felt the hotel was probably overpriced for what was on offer. There was no pool side activities or entertainment. Entertainment was limited in the hotel in the evening. Only 3 nights a week for adults with a singer or group. Nothing for children at all. It was exceptionally clean everywhere in the hotel. It was very quiet at night as any entertainment finished by 10.30pm. All the hotel staff worked very hard and were very helpful with anything we asked of them during our stay but we did have to ask for information about where breakfast was, towel hire and safe hire upon arrival. We were a bit put out that upon our departure we were asked to pay the tax which we felt should have been asked for upon our arrival as if we were on a budget we may not have been able to pay it! Both pools were lovely and warm with lifeguards who were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay but upon reflection would not return.
