Exceptional
3 star rooms
Liked: Friendly staff, big buffet breakfast with a good choice, location. Right next to the bus stop, which will take you to Cituadella - which is a better location for nice dinners, tapas etc
Disliked: Whilst the hotel says it's rated 4 stars, our room felt and looked like a 3 plus the spa needs some attention. Room was dated, kitchen lacked washing up liquid, a sponge, tea towel... and the bathroom lacked toiletries of any kind other than a bright yellow container on the wall. Directions around the hotel inside and out could be improved, on arrival it was unclear where the carpark is if using your own car.
Liked: Very clean, well appointed, Iabive all the staff were brilliant. We had a major road accident and they went way beyond to help us with anything needed. The food was really very good better and cheaper than the nearby restaurants

Liked: Great hotel, we've had an amazing time. Extraordinary breakfast, spacious room and great location. Top choice!

Disliked: El spa no funcionaba, no había wifi, la comida dejaba mucho que desear. Falta de servicios. Dejadez en las instalaciones.
Liked: the room was comfy, you have plenty of space, the terraces are a huge bonus... the hotel is close to both of the beaches, and you have a free parking space
Disliked: The toilet bowl cannot flush, you really have to wait a long time before you could flush it again, and there is a problem with the drainage in the shower.
Liked: Everything!
Disliked: The only thing that I didn’t like were early cleaning noises. Everything else was perfect!
