Liked: Hotel Maia is in the perfect location. A few metres and you are in the hub of Ciutadella. The street was quiet so no noise in the evenings
Great staying in the city center of Ciutadella!
Liked: City center of Ciutadella but quiet hotel - mostly couples. The staff was very nice and the breakfast had plenty of options. The courtesy sunshine umbrella was great. And the gesture and attitude at checkout was an absolute bonus surprise.
Disliked: We stayed for 9 nights so I’d expect more than 2 courtesy water bottles - but take it as a suggestion 😉
Liked: The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were always very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!
Liked: Great location, in the very heart of the Ciutadel. Easy access from the main street (however you have to walk a bit since the last 200m/yards are pedestrian area and it can be a bit tricky with bags). We had breakfast included and it was nice and different than the regular buffet you get everywhere else. The absolute highlight are the hosts: Isa and Simone. They literally spent 30mins each day trying to help us around - tips where to go and what to do, finding the cheapest rent a car, calling numerous agencies, booking stuff for us. All of that with a smile. Stars. If you’re to stay in Ciutadel, defo go to this Hotel.
Disliked: Towels are being changed every three days due to the water situation on the island. Not a problem in our case (this is highlighted upon arrival and you get enough towels from the get go), but worth mentioning.

Liked: The staff is SUPER helpful, and I mean helpful with anything regarding the accommodation as well as places, tours, stuff in Menorca generally. The room was perfectly ready with everything last minute, cleanliness was quite good as well.
Disliked: Nothing honestly
